MATURATION: Short aging on lees.

DOSAGE AND ABV: Brut; 11.5% vol.

TASTING NOTES: Delicate aroma of white-fleshed fruits, long and persistent sip with a slightly acidic finish, typical of Falanghina.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Ideal as an aperitif, but also pairs very well

throughout the meal.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 7-8°C
