Pairings

Paired with tuna spaghetti with salmon roe, marbled buttermilk sauce, parsley powder, and nasturtium sprouts.

Albarosa, Cantina del Taburno's rosé, is a contemporary interpretation of the territory: fresh, harmonious, and very elegant.
A delicate and luminous encounter: when the sea becomes cuisine, and wine becomes a moment.
