Pairings

Pork belly, Taburno potato mousse and Piedirosso jelly.

A dish that finds its ideal pairing in Piedirosso Sannio DOC. The wine's notes of red fruits and spices embrace the tenderness of the pork and the delicacy of the potato, creating a refined balance that expresses the gentle strength of the Sannio region.
