An ancient grape grown since the time of Plinius and called Caudas Vulpium Imitata, that is well adapted to the Taburno area

Vinification

The clusters are picked when they are perfectly ripe, followed by destemming, crushing and soft pressing. The must ferments at 15 degrees Celsius in stainless steel vats

Organoleptic characteristics

The colour is an intense straw yellow. The aroma, delicate and complex, is very fruity. The taste is full in the mouth, well-balanced with a persistent finish of ripe tropical fruit.
